How It Works:
The Driver Referral Program at PAM Transport allows Company Drivers and Owner Operators to earn $1,500 for every qualified driver they refer after that referral takes their first dispatch. There’s no cap on how many drivers a PAM driver or PCC Owner Operator can refer, which means the more referrals they make, the more they can earn. Additionally, every driver who’s referral takes their first dispatch, enters the referring driver into our quarterly referral contest where they have a chance to win an extra $2,500. It’s a great opportunity for drivers to boost their earnings and contribute to our growing team.
Eligibility:
To participate, drivers must be currently employed by PAM Transport or contracted through PAM Cartage Carriers. You can refer new company drivers to PAM Transport or Lease Purchase/Owner Operators to PAM Cartage Carriers. However, referrals for contract drivers for owner operators are not eligible for this bonus program.
