2024 at PAM Transport was one for the books! In just 366 days, PAM accomplished fundraising initiatives, incredible partnerships, safe driving milestones, and so much more. Today, we take a moment to acknowledge our successes as a team and enthusiastically await the year to come!
Hear about our year at PAM from CEO Joe Vitiritto in this holiday message:
A Year of Achievements
Weekly Performance Pay
2024 was a year of opportunity growth for drivers. PAM started the Week Performance Pay Program to reward Company Solo Dedicated Drivers, Company Solo OTR Drivers, and Company Driver Mentors for excellence behind the wheel. This program allows drivers to increase their weekly earnings by meeting safety, fuel efficiency, and productivity performance measures. Once meeting these standards, drivers can be eligible for up to an additional 0.10 CPM each week. Our team is proud to recognize and compensate drivers for their successes on the road.

Select CDL School Partnership
The year also provided opportunities for new and upcoming drivers. PAM Transport began a dynamic partnership with Select CDL-A Driving School. This partnership allows new drivers to obtain their Class A Commercial Driver’s License. The program offers tuition assistance, weekly stipends, paid lodging during school, and in-seat training with experienced instructors. Additionally, students who finish their Select schooling and begin a 6-month contract with PAM can receive tuition reimbursement. This is a great opportunity for trainees hoping to jump start their driving career.

Charlotte, North Carolina Terminal
While a partnership blossomed in 2024, PAM also expanded its operations this year by opening a brand-new terminal in Charlotte, North Carolina. This location offers a company shop and operations staff on site. The PAM team is extremely excited to extend our reach and provide east coast drivers with a full-service maintenance team in Charlotte.
2 Million Safe Miles
The year marked outstanding accomplishments for PAM drivers as well. Dedicated Team Driver Stanley W. and Solo Driver Adrian H. both reached 2 million safe miles in 2024. This milestone is an incredible honor, and the PAM team is immensely proud to have such focused and determined drivers on the road. Both Adrian and Stanley received bonuses and were celebrated in Tontitown by their support team as a heartfelt ‘thank you’ for all they have done.
Strength in Community
In addition to driver achievements, PAM accomplished many philanthropic goals in 2024. From blood drives to fundraising walks, our team was deeply involved in community outreach.
Walk for Wishes
At the start of the year, the team supported Make-A-Wish-Mid-South through volunteering at the Walk for Wishes fundraising event. We raised nearly $1,000 for the foundation via pancake breakfasts and t-shirt sales, with proceeds helping Make-A-Wish grant wishes for critically ill children. These granted wishes can be life-changing, uplifting the community and inspiring these children to keep fighting. It was truly touching for our team to be involved in the foundation’s mission.
Touch-a-Truck
In April, our team collaborated with the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas at their Touch-a-Truck fundraising event, bringing a truck from our own fleet to the festivities. Children had the chance to learn about and hop into a PAM truck and even honk the horn! This event supported the Junior League’s efforts to empower women’s leadership and foster community impact.
Hurricane Relief
PAM acted swiftly to support North Carolina following the hurricane in September, holding a drive and taking water, non-perishable food, clothes, pet supplies, toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies to the east coast for hurricane relief. PAM Driver Anthony H. traveled from Tontitown to deliver the supplies.
More than Pink Walk
In support of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, PAM staff in Tontitown raised funds through t-shirt sales and participated in the annual More than Pink Walk in October. This event promotes breast cancer awareness and raises funds for medical research and community health outreach, and for many PAM team members, the Komen Foundation is a cause close to their hearts.
Children’s Safety Center
At the close of 2024, the PAM team came together to collect clothes, toys, and essentials for kids in need, just in time for the holidays. These items, including books, crafts, jackets, shoes, and toiletries were donated to the Children’s Safety Center of Washington County. The Children’s Safety Center is an organization that provides resources for victims of child abuse via investigating abuse cases, providing prevention training, and offering therapy treatment to victims. Our team was deeply moved by the impact of our donations, as they provided the center with vital supplies to continue to protect and advocate for these children.
The team’s unwavering determination to inspire positive change in the community is extraordinary. We are excited to discover the impact PAM Transport can make in 2025.
Thank You 2024!
Thank you to all our PAM employees for helping to make all these achievements possible. It is our team’s diligence and strength that allows PAM to succeed.
While 2024 fades in the rearview mirror, we are eagerly anticipating the new year and more possibilities for PAM Transport. Together, we are confident that PAM will continue on this path of growth in 2025!
